The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” starlet is always creating buzz because of her changing appearance and plump pout, and she recently talked about what she thinks of all the plastic surgery gossip.

“You guys have watched me grow up since I was 9,” she told Cosmopolitan magazine. “My face is going to get different. Now, I know how to do my makeup, contour and everything. I’m not against surgery. I’d never say no, but I don’t desire it right now.”

Kylie hasn’t admitted to using any lip plumping devices or injections, but she credits her beauty routine for giving her that enhanced pucker. “I love lip liner and over-lining my lips,” she said. “But I don’t even care anymore. I’m like whatever, just say whatever you want.”
