In paperwork filed in the Central District of California, the 45-year-old ex-wife of Motley Crue wild man Nikki Sixx said she had assets totaling $413,574.74 and liabilities totaling $947,332.22.
According to Radar, ‘D’Errico only had $20 cash, zero in her checking account and was overdrawn on another Chase account.’
The former Playboy playmate receives an average income of $7,858.33 per month, but lists monthly expenses that equal $10,991.04.
She says a bulk of her debt is derived from legal fees for her bitter divorce from ex-husband Nikki Sixx of Motley Crue.
After nine years of marriage, the couple split in 2007 and have a 13-year-old daughter.
Donna listed nearly $600K in legal debt and around $20K in credit card debt, but according to Radar, those debts have since been discharged.
Donna’s main source of income is the alimony she receives from 55-year-old Sixx, $7800 per month plus 5% of his annual $2 million income.
