Casey Cohen : Reality star denies Jay Z affair

Casey Cohen has denied claims that she is having an affair with Jay Z, Beyonce’s husband of six years.

Touch Weekly had reported that the 44-year-old rapper has been cosying up with New York reality star, who is 16 years his junior.

“Jay probably sees her twice a month. He visits her while she’s working and then they slip away for an afterparty. She’ll hang out with him all night, flirting with him and touching him,” an alleged insider told the magazine.

Casey Cohen isn’t taking the news lightly. According to TMZ Casey Cohen is appalled at the allegation and has lawyer who fired off a cease and desist letter saying Cohen and Jay Z “have never been in love or intimate” — and dismissing all the Bauer articles as “a foul and phony mistress rumor.”

In the letter obtained by TMZ, the blonde bombshell admits to having met Jay Z and Beyonce several times, but only through her job working as a VIP hostess in New York City.

Cohen is now demanding Bauer Media Group (owner of gossip magazines such as In Touch) issue a public apology to her, Jay Z, and Beyonce and remove all posts about her from the Internet.
