Abbotsford’s Timothy Gregg Bachman has been charged with sexual assault, sexual interference and invitation to sexual touching, according to Abbotsford Police Department. A newborn baby who was taken from a Trois-Rivieres hospital has been found safe and sound. The Quebec Provincial police issued an Amber Alert, but quickly cancelled it after the abductor was found.
