An arrest warrant has been issued for a man wanted in connection to the double homicide of two men and the attempted murder of a woman inside a Chilliwack home on Aug. 7.
IHIT Sergeant Jennifer Pound says Douglas is wanted on two counts of first degree murder and one count of attempted murder.
“I think the biggest thing is just to have to public call 911 if they see him. Do not approach him, do not try and apprehend him their selves. But to definitely call police if they know of his whereabouts.”
Pound says Douglas knew the victims, 38 year old Richard Blackmon and 36 year old Tyler Belcourt, died after the shooting and a woman is recovering in hospital.
