Three dead after possible murder-suicide in Brampton

Peel Police confirm that three adults were found dead in apparent murder-suicide in Brampton on Sunday.

The deceased are reportedly two males and one female.

Officers went to the detached home on Hinchley Wood Grove, which is near Boivaird and Kennedy, around 10:40 a.m. on Sunday after receiving a call from a worried relative.

Police broke down the door and found three people dead inside. They were two men, aged 61 and 91, and a woman, aged 57, who all lived at the address but police have not given out any further information about them.

Early Sunday afternoon, police were waiting for a coroner to arrive and officially determine the cause of death, however Fiona Thivierge, a spokesperson for Peel Regional Police, said that homicide detectives had already taken charge of the investigation.

Neighbours told reporters that a retired couple had lived at the house since the early 1990s and had two adult daughters who had moved away.
