Regina police searching for missing 7-year-old boy

Regina Police are looking for help finding missing 7-year-old Joseph Lerat-Kirkness.

The boy was last seen at his home at 1200 block of Retallack Street at about 6 p.m. He was reported missing to police at about 1:30 p.m.

The boy, also known as Jo Jo, was last seen wearing a bright blue t-shirt, blue jeans and black and white running shoes. He is described as aboriginal, about 4′ tall, thin with brown hair that is shaved on the sides and spiked on top.

He is not believed to have come to harm, but given his age, police say it is important to find him.

This is the second time this month Lerat-Kirkness has been reported missing. The last time, he was located about 18 hours after he was last seen.

If you have information, contact the Regina Police Service at 306-777-6500 or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
