Target teen gone viral officially gets the job (Video)

A Teen in viral picture at Raleigh Target store gets the job, In early February, 2015, before heading to an interview at Chick-fil-A, 15-year-old Yasir Moore stopped in to Target looking for a tie. Employees helped Moore with his tie and then proceeded to give him some tips on interviewing. A shopper captured a photo of the moment that quickly went viral.

On Thursday, February 12, Moore went back for his third interview at the restaurant, reported ABC11.

The owner of the restaurant, David Langston, thanked Moore for coming in and then delivered some good news.

“I think we’re ready to offer you a job at Chick-fil-A of Triangle Town Center Mall,” Langston said.

Moore was handed a Chick-fil-A tie and was surprised when the Target employees who had previously helped him showed up. And just like the first time, Target employee Dennis Roberts again helped Moore put on his tie.

“It’s refreshing to my heart, and I’m deeply grateful I was a part of it, and I’ll remember it forever,” said Roberts, according to ABC11.

“We told him he has two more moms looking out for him. We’ll be out to Chick-fil-A checking on him,” said one of the Target employees.

“They’re like family to me now, because they helped me so much,” Moore said.

And the shopper who snapped the viral photo? Her name is Audrey Mark, and she was there too ABC11 reported.

Mark said she was “moved” when she saw the workers helping Moore. And when Moore get the job she said it “was very emotional for everybody.”

Ready for his new job, with his tie tied on, Moore said these strangers-turned-to-family didn’t just change his life, but they’re going to help him change the lives of others.
