Pamela Anderson has been granted a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband Rick Salomon.
[fwdevp preset_id=”8″ video_path=”kLNabj6ICTU”]The former 47-year-old Baywatch star filed for divorce from her husband for the second time last month and Rick responded by requesting an annulment.
And according to TMZ the tense split has escalated, as Pamela has acquired a restraining order against the 47-year-old professional poker player.
Since filing for divorce in February, she alleges that his behavior “has become erratic, out of control and has caused me to fear for my safety.”
The temporary order was filed yesterday and is valid until April 3.
In his annulment papers, Rick cites fraud as the reason to dissolve their union. Rick is said to have “solid proof” he was tricked into marrying Pamela again.
The pair confirmed they had wed for a second time in January 2014. While they kept details under wraps, it was thought to have occurred during the Christmas holidays while they were vacationing.
They were previously married for just 10 weeks after tying the knot in Las Vegas in October 2007.
