NYC Tells Al Sharpton’s Daughter Do Not Delete Online Photos

NYC lawyers have warned Al Sharpton’s daughter not to delete any of the mountain climbing photos she posted on social media as she sues the city for $5million over a sprained ankle.

The New York Post reports Saturday the attorneys want all posts and other communications detailing Dominique Sharpton’s “mobility, activity or physical limitations.”

That’s because Sharpton claims in a lawsuit that she suffered permanent injuries after spraining her ankle on an uneven city sidewalk last December.

The recent social media posts appear to show her hiking on various trips.

The civil rights leader’s daughter works for her father’s National Action Network. A NAN spokeswoman didn’t immediately return a request for comment.

Her lawyer told The Post Dominique Sharpton has been transparent and doesn’t need to be instructed to preserve pictures she’s already made public.
