Man bites off brother’s ear after Super Bowl In New York

A man bit off part of his brother’s ear after they began fighting during a Super Bowl party Sunday in Rochester, N.Y., authorities said.

Police said Sean Fallon-Nebbia, 27, was arrested and charged with assault after he and his brother, Frank, began fighting. Sean Fallon-Nebbia was also accused of punching his brother unconscious.

Authorities said alcohol was a factor in the argument. The brothers apparently drank a bottle of whiskey through the course of the night. A doctor that treated Frank Fallon-Nebbia said the ear was permanently disfigured. Sean Fallon-Nebbia was remanded to Monroe County Jail on $15,000 bond. He will return to court Friday.
