LeAnn Edmonds Horton, the former wife of Jim Edmonds, died this week after losing her battle to cancer.
LeAnn’s daughter, Hayley, 17, broke the news of her death on Instagram, and it was later confirmed by TV channel, Bravo.
“Early this morning I lost the most important person in my life,” Hayley wrote on her Instagram page alongside a photo of her with her mum.
“I’m so blessed to have had these past 17 years with you. But that will never be enough for me. I can’t imagine my life without you and I never imagined this day would come,” she continued.
“Life won’t be easy without you but I know you will be with me every step of the way. Rest in peace mommy, I love you with all my heart.”
Jim’s third wife, Meghan King Edmonds – who LeAnn got on incredibly well with – also spoke of her sadness; posting on Wednesday: “Today is a sad day. Pls send positive vibes this way!”
She followed up that message with another on Thursday, which read: “My heart is heavy and my mind can’t sleep.”
