Khloe Kardashian making medical decisions for Lamar Odom; divorce never final

Khloe Kardashian is making medical decisions for Lamar Odom as their divorce is yet to be finalised.

The 35-year-old was reportedly found unconscious by staff at a brothel in Las Vegas after allegedly taking 10 herbal Viagra and drinking most of a bottle of Cognac over the course of four days.

While Khloe and Lamar have been separated for two yeas, Khloe rushed to be by his bedside at the Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas on Tuesday.

She has since been joined by Lamar’s family as well as her mum Kris Jenner and sisters Kim, Kourteney and Kendall Jenner.

And it’s now been claimed by TMZ that the pair are still married due to an extreme backlog in the family court, meaning she is helping make important medical decisions for him at the hospital.

Khloe and Lamar separated in 2013 when Khloe filed for divorce but they didn’t sign their papers until July this year as it was claimed the Kardashian had been giving their marriage one last shot.

However, the site reports their divorce will not be finalised for up to two months due to the backlog of cases.

It comes amid reports Lamar had ‘every drug imaginable in his system’ when he was found at the Bunny Love Ranch in Nevada.

A source told E! News: ‘Drugs were found in his system. [He] had been partying since Friday. He was doing crack cocaine all weekend and he choked on his mucus. They’re now having to fix all the damage it has done.
‘Virtually every drug imaginable was found in his system.’

There is no evidence Lamar had been using drugs or drinking alcohol, however.

Lamar was found unconscious by two prostitutes at the ranch.
