Josh Duggar sued by porn star Danica Dillon for ‘allegedly assaulting’ her in Philly

Josh Duggar is being sued by a porn star, who says he sexually assaulted her, according to TMZ.

The 27-year-old is being sued by Danica Dillon who is claiming that during consensual sex Duggar, “assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries,” reports People.

The mag obtained court documents which allege that the the father of four propositioned her in a Philadelphia strip club in March.

Apparently Dillon, who is married and has two children, is asking for $500,000 in damages. She claims that she suffered emotionally and physically since the rough sexual encounter and has been seeing a psychiatrist for severe anxiety.

In the documents, Dillon says she was stripping at The Gold Club in Philadelphia and Duggar paid her about $600 for lap dances. Later she claims he invited her to his hotel room to have sex for an agreed upon $1500 “for her company.” She claims he “manhandled” her and she “felt as if she were being raped.”

Josh Duggar is currently in a faith-based rehab center called Reformers Unanimous in Rockford, Illinois. Following an Internet scandal in which he was outed for cheating on his wife through the website Ashley Madison, Duggar checked himself into the rehab in August.

At the time he said, “I am so ashamed of the double life that I have been living and am grieved for the hurt, pain and disgrace my sin has caused my wife and family, and most of all Jesus and all those who profess faith in Him.”
