Country star Jason Aldean marries “American Idol” contestant Brittany Kerr.
Aldean and his new wife Kerr were all smiles as they revealed some details of their “I do” moment. “This is the best day ever — I’ve got my girl here, my friends, my family — it’s the best day ever!” the 38-year-old country singer gushed. The 27-year-old bride added, “Today has been the best day of my life. I feel like the luckiest woman to have been able to marry my best friend.”
Their wedding was graced by 100 guests including Aldean’s daughters from his previous marriage, Keely, 12, and Kendyl, 7, and famous stars like “Duck Dynasty’s” Willie Robertson and fellow country singers Luke Bryan and Eric Church. Kerr previously announced their engagement last year in Instagram, saying that her man “did it again” and that the day was “amazing.”
Jason Aldean has faced a major bumped in the road when he was snapped smooching with Kerr in a Los Angeles bar more than two years ago, when he was still married to ex-wife Jessica Ussery, USA Today reported. He later apologized to his fans in a post in Facebook, saying he was no angel. Aldean divorced Ussery in 2013, and opted for a relationship with then-mistress Kerr.
