James Holmes attacked by Fellow Prisoner in Colorado “Video”

James Holmes currently has a cell block to himself in Colorado’s highest-security state prison—but he was still assaulted by another inmate.

James Holmes, 27, was not injured in the attacked launched by prisoner Mark Daniels.

In August of this year Holmes was found guilty on all charges related to the deadly shooting during a midnight screening of the Batman film The Dark Knight Rises

James Holmes killed 12 people and injured 70 others.

A jury was unable to reach a unanimous verdict on the death penalty resulting in life imprisonment.

Daniels, will be charged with assaulting Holmes as well as a corrections officer.


The incident happened at the start of the month, when Holmes and Daniels were being moved around the prison.
