Jacob Busch, Adrienne Maloof split: ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Star reportedly calls it quits with younger boyfriend

Adrienne Maloof and her boyfriend of more than a year, Jacob Busch, have called it quits on their relationship! So much for those engagement rumors!

“They split happened a few months ago, so it’s surprising that it’s just coming out now,” a source told E! News. “It was a very friendly breakup. Adrienne and Jacob are still friends. They’re good.”

The now exes stepped out for the first time together in October 2013, when they were seen making out at an event in Hollywood. And days after that outing, Maloof opened up to Extra about their romance.

“He’s a lovely person,” she said of Busch. “Both of our families have been in the spirits business for a long time, so he seems very familiar to me and comfortable. He’s a cool guy.”

That same month, Maloof also blasted critics who made a big issue about their huge age difference.

“When you meet someone they don’t have a number on their forehead,” she told E! News while promoting her Zing vodka brand.

“He is very easy-going,” she added of Busch. “We have a common interest-our families have known each other for a long time. Our great-grandfathers knew each other through the liquor industry. When we met we just hit it off. It felt so natural, so organic.”

Prior to having a relationship with Busch, Maloof was briefly linked Sean Stewart, the 34-year-old rocker son of Rod Stewart.

Maloof was also married for 10 years to Dr. Paul Nassif, a plastic surgeon and the star of E!’s reality TV show “Botched.” The divorce between the two, who has three sons together, was finalized in 2013. At the time, the exes released the following joint statement:

“This is a new beginning for each of us. Our goal is for our children to have stable and nurturing relationships with both of us so we can all find as much happiness as possible. We appreciate the good wishes we continue to receive from our supporters around the world.”
