Firefighters and police in Minneapolis are looking a report of an explosion at a building in the city, which injured several people.
NBC affiliate KARE-TV says that there are few details at this time, but emergency official Robert Ball from Hennepin EMS told the station that as many as a dozen people have been injured, with injuries ranging from burns to trauma after falling from windows.
A WCCO photographer said that several residents had been treated by emergency responders.
Residents from other buildings were watching from nearby sidewalks as fire officials have cordoned off the area at 6th Street and Cedar Av. S.
