“Buff Baby” Baby Rattles Recalled: The rattle’s end cap can separate

Fred & Friends is recalling its “Buff Baby” baby rattles! The company announced the recall of approximately 50,000 baby rattles for a potential choking hazard. The rattle’s end cap can separate, releasing small parts, posing a choking hazard to small children.

The recall involves the ”Buff Baby” rattle – plastic gray and shaped like a dumbell, the rattle has plastic pellets inside. The rattle measures about 5.5-inches long and 2-inches wide and “0.2” is embossed on both pentagon-shaped ends of the rattle. The UPC code 728987019098 can be found on the bottom of the package.
