Brandon Davis: “U.S. socialite” Arrested For DUI After Car Crash

Brandon Davis was reportedly arrested for DUI on Friday, after crashing his car in Los Angeles and ending up in the hospital.

The ex-boyfriend of actress Mischa Barton allegedly wrecked his Mercedes-Benz car while driving through Los Angeles and had to be transported to hospital in an ambulance.

Editors at TMZ.com report Davis was arrested on the charge by police offices while he was being treated for the injuries he received in the car crash in the early hours of Friday morning.

Davis is the grandson of oil tycoon Marvin Davis.

He has previously hit headlines for dating a string of famous women and has been linked to fellow socialite Paris Hilton as well as The O.C. star Barton.

He was also once embroiled in a public spat with actress Lindsay Lohan.
