An out-of-control party led police to arrest soccer star Hope Solo, according to published reports.
According to the Seattle Times, police were called to the home because Solo was apparently hitting people and she would not stop. The report states that she struck both her sister and 17-year-old nephew during a family gathering and they both suffered visible injuries.
According to police, Solo — who shares the home with her husband, former NFL tight end Jerramy Stevens — was intoxicated when they arrived, and she was arrested.
Solo is scheduled to appear in court Monday.
