Peel Regional Police have charged an 18-year-old Brampton man and a 16-year-old youth with assault causing bodily harm after a teenage girl was attacked Tuesday afternoon.
The video, which was posted online, shows a man lift the victim and slam her to the ground, causing her to hit her head on the sidewalk.
She lost consciousness and was taken to hospital. She was released shortly afterwards.
It happened around 4:20 p.m. on Wexford Road near Bovaird Drive and Hurontario Street North.
