Twenty years have passed since the bizarre disappearance of a well known investment banker and his wife in Vancouver.
Nick and Lisa Masee were to have a breakfast meeting at a downtown Vancouver restaurant on August 11, 1994, but never turned up.
At the time of their disappearance, Nick Masee had recently retired as an investment banker.
North Van RCMP Corporal Richard De Jong says over the last 20 years, police have investigated numerous leads, but still don’t know what happened.
“Of course, as we can all imagine, there have been many rumours as to their disappearance, why they disappeared, where they are, even if they’re still alive.”
Nick Masee would be 75 years old now and Lisa, 59.
