A man is facing charges Wednesday after threatening in a video posted on YouTube to kill one Arab person per week in Quebec.
In the video, which was made following Friday’s attacks in Paris, Jesse Pelletier,24, promised to “kill one Arab a week.”
Montreal and Quebec provincial police tracked the video to Pelletier’s home in Montreal North and took him in for questioning.
He appeared in court Wednesday afternoon.
Jesse Pelletier faces charges of uttering threats, using a fake weapon and two charges of inciting fear to identifiable groups.
