Kim Richards has been officially charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest and battery on a police officer stemming from her April 16th arrest at the Beverly Hills Hotel, according to documents filed by the Los Angeles Superior Courts.
According to a statement from the Beverly Hills Police Department, the 50-year-old “was displaying symptoms of alcohol intoxication including slurred speech and belligerent insolent behavior cursing at the officers and passively resisted arrest.”
In addition, the wild blonde allegedly kicked a police officer in the leg. Yikes! Luckily, the officer was not injured.
Following a televised intervention with Dr. Phil, Richards checked herself into a rehab facility to deal with her drug and alcohol addiction. However, that may be too little too late. If convicted, Richards could serve up to two years in prison.
