Samantha Barbash : Stripper Crime Ring Stole $190K

In the famous words of New York City-based poet and topless bar connoisseur Ronnie Mund, “Whoa, whoa whoa–stop the clock.”

According to the Associated Press, the DEA and NYPD busted a ring of NYC-based exotic dancers for allegedly spiking men’s drinks with methylone (a.k.a. “Molly”) and running up their credit cards into six figures while they remained in a pill-fucked stupor.

The men were allegedly taken to New York strip clubs on their dates and slipped hallucinogenic drugs. The women then ran their credit cards for “tens of thousands of dollars,” reports the Huffington Post. Other dancers were also given cuts of the stolen money.

More than $200,000 was charged in total.

“The four dancers, identified as alleged ringleader Samantha Barbash, Roselyn Keo, Karina Pascucci and Marsi Rosen, were arrested on Monday and Tuesday,” further reports the Huffington Post. “Carmine Vitolo, a manager at Flushing strip club RoadHouse NYC, was arrested early Wednesday.”

The men had no recollection of the nights in question, however, the suspects took pictures of the victims in compromising positions for blackmail and sent them as a prior warning to keep quiet.

According to the Huffington Post, “Charges against the women and the club manager included grand larceny, forgery, assault and tampering with physical evidence.” The four dancers were caught following an eight-month investigation by the NYPD and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
