US : Seattle Airport Warns of Measles Exposure

A child infected with measles may have exposed others to the disease last week at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, the King County health department said Sunday.

The child was at the airport from 6:20 p.m. to 10 p.m. May 26, in Concourse A and the baggage claim area, according to Public Health Seattle & King County.

Health officials say symptoms begin 7 to 21 days after exposure.

If you think you’re experiencing measles-like symptoms, call your doctor before showing up.

Officials warned of another case of measles exposure at Sea-Tac Airport and other locations around Seattle on March 31st.
