A woman believed to be in her 20s has died after being struck by a vehicle in Scarborough on Wednesday night.
The incident happened at around 10 p.m., police told media.
The woman suffered life-threatening injuries and was rushed to hospital, where she later died.
The identity or the age of the victim has not been released. Police did not indicate if charges would be laid.
Southbound Brimley and Danforth were closed for an investigation following the incident.
