Bayfield Street LCBO staff refused a woman service after she appeared to be intoxicated Wednesday.
The woman then left the store in her car.
Police were called and located her car as it was pulling into her driveway, a short distance away.
She was arrested and tested for her blood-alcohol concentration, which police said was three times the legal limit. The woman is charged with impaired driving.
Her vehicle was impounded for a week and she has a May court date.
