Cody Legebokoff : Serial Killer Sentenced to Life in Prison

One of Canada’s youngest serial killers has been sentenced to life in prison, with no chance of parole for 25 years.

A judge handed down the sentence for Cody Legebokoff this morning.

Cody Legebokoff’s conviction on four counts of first-degree murder automatically assigns him the life sentence.

B.C. Supreme Court Justice Glen Parrett told the court as he sentenced Legebokoff that the man fabricated the claim that unnamed drug dealers killed the women.

Parrett said that the murders were not the actions of a simple killer but of something infinitely worse.

A jury convicted the 24-year-old last week of killing Loren Leslie, Jill Stuchenko, Cynthia Mass and Natasha Montgomery in 2009 and 2010.

Legebokoff won’t be eligible for parole until November 2035.
