A big portion of Interstate 15 Nevada is closed following flooding on Monday that caused parts of the route to be washed away.

In the video, you can see traffic at a standstill as water continues to rush past the highway.

At one point, a van is caught in the water and a man is seen jumping into the water.

The van is then swept under the highway.

According to KSTU, the Nevada Department of Public Safety says no deaths have been reported from flooding in the area at this time.

Fox13 has not been able to reach family or friends to confirm the man’s condition.

The National Weather Service has declared a flash flood emergency for the Moapa area, about 45 miles northeast of Las Vegas.
