Woman in convertible critically injured in TMR collision, Report

A 53-year-old woman is in critical condition following a crash in the Town of Mount Royal Sunday morning.

Police say the woman was driving down Rockland Rd. about 6:30 a.m. when her car collided with a pick-up truck at the corner of Jean-Talon St.

According to Montreal Police spokesperson, Simon Delorme, an impartial witness stated that one of the drivers had burnt a red light.

Delorme, confirmed that SPVM investigators were on sight and that the intersection would remain closed while accident reconstruction specialists examined the scene.
